Held senior Staff & Command appointments including: Principal Staff Officer Military Intelligence HQ & Commander ECOMOG, Liberia; Director of  Training at Defence HQ; Director Military Intelligence; Deputy Chief of Intelligence; Principal Staff Officer at the Office of the NSA; Deputy NSA; Senior Directing Staff at the National Institute of Policy & Strategic Studies.

Fellow of the War College and holds Advanced Diploma Certificates in Tactical Intelligence, Strategic Intelligence and Psychological Warfare.

National Honours in Togo in recognition of his contribution to the Defence & Security the West Africa region.
